All products are guaranteed for manufacturing & workmanship only. We take all provisions in packaging however, occasionally damage may arise through packaging and shipping terms. All returns/complaints are required to be formalised with seller within 48 hours of date/time of product delivery. We are required to notify Courier of any complaints/damage within 48 hour period.
We are based in the Wollongong area so local deliveries/returns can be arranged via phone or email.
Any further issues arising outside these terms are wholly the responsibility of the purchaser. All discrepancies require photographic evidence of damage and active purchase receipt. Return postage is responsibility of purchaser and in event of product refund, freight costs are non inclusive.
